Optimizing communication and improving the visual part of the site
Project description:
Boryspil International Airport is the largest airport in Ukraine, serving millions of passengers annually. The task of our team was to reduce the load on the call center and improve the visual perception of the site.
Completed works:
- Integration of chatbots: The implementation of chatbots to provide information about flights, gates, boarding and delays, reduced the number of inquiries to the call center.
- Module Development: Creation of complex modules like VIP lounge reservation, lost baggage search, 3D airport map and fast track system. Special attention was paid to data security and ease of use when cooperating with VISA.
- Accessibility: Implementation of a module for people with disabilities on the order of Olena Zelenska, which allows using the site through keys and voice commands, which makes information accessible to all users.
Result:
The updated Boryspil airport website will become a reliable resource for passengers, providing them with prompt information and convenient services. Improving the user experience and introducing new features will significantly increase user satisfaction. Thanks to the implementation of innovative solutions and effective integration with banking systems, the site will be a key tool in the airport's communication with passengers and partners.
